Number 6 Miners Park.
What’s your signature dish?
Lots of vegetable stews with Seeds vegetables.
What’s your favourite cookbook?
Myself! I don’t follow cookbooks, I do all my own cooking.
What’s your guilty food pleasure?
That would have to be any kind of dessert. I’ve got a sweet tooth – that’s why I don’t have any teeth left!
